What we do
The driver design comes first, because the technique is chosen after the model rather than before it. We run a short workshop on one planning area, agree the driver tree with the people who own each driver, then build the model, the calculation chain from input to output, a scenario framework, and prediction on the series that justify it. Agents propose drafts and explanations against that model. Your team edits one forecast cycle together so drivers meet reality. Much of what this needs is already inside an SAC entitlement, often switched off.
