AI Enablement and Adoption
One use case in production, measured before and after
AI Adoption puts one use case into production with the number it is meant to improve recorded before anything is built. The verdict at the start is allowed to be no, and so is the recommendation a quarter later.
What we do
We score your organisation and your SAP estate, inventory what people already use, and choose one first pattern. Around that use case we build only the governance it actually requires, then ship it into production with a named owner and teaching at the desk on real work. A quarter later we read the same number again, name the next candidates, and write a recommendation that is sometimes to stop. Typical first patterns include a variance explainer, commentary draft, driver check, profitability desk or capacity forecast. One is chosen, not five at once.
What you get
Adoption that can be judged, not a pilot that quietly disappears.
A recorded before
The baseline is taken first, so the use case can be judged on the same number later rather than on impressions.
Governance that fits one case
Artefacts sized to what that use case requires, built alongside the work rather than as a policy exercise ahead of it.
One thing in production
A named owner, people taught on their own desks, and a live use case rather than a demo that stops being mentioned.
Permission to stop
A quarter in, a written recommendation on the measured difference. Stopping is a valid outcome.
Models underneath you can trust
The planning and reporting models the use case runs on are our day job, so AI sits on something solid.

Frequently Asked Questions
Start with a verdict, not a pilot theatre.
Ask for an AI readiness review. You leave with scores, an inventory of what is already in use, and a named first use case or a clear no.
